I was skeptical about the whole yoni egg practice, but the smooth quartz surface made insertion way easier than I expected. The cool temperature is honestly my favorite part, it's like a little internal reset button after a long day.

The quartz feels cool and smooth going in, and after about a week I noticed I was more tuned in to my body during my morning routine. I wasn't expecting much from the "energy" side of things, but the ritual itself has become something I actually look forward to.

The size is perfect for daily wear, and I love how the crystal holds warmth against my skin—it makes the whole practice feel more grounding. I've been using it during my morning meditation and can already sense that heightened energy it promises.
