The spikes on this roller are no joke — they really dig in and break up the tight spots on my calves better than my old smooth roller ever did. Ten minutes before bed and my legs feel way less puffy in the morning. Honestly a little intense at first, but I'm hooked now.
I use this on my thighs after the gym and the spiked tips really do dig into the fascia, way more than my old smooth roller ever managed. It's cold straight from the shelf which feels amazing on sore legs. Cellulite looks a bit smoother after a few weeks of nightly use.
The jade tips are actually spiked, not smooth like I assumed, so the first roll on my thighs felt intense but my legs looked noticeably smoother after a week. I keep it in the fridge and use it on my calves after runs.
