紫水晶阴蒂蛋

I was skeptical about the whole crystal thing, but after three weeks the pelvic floor difference is real — I can actually feel the muscles engaging now. The amethyst is cool and stays put once you get the angle right.

The amethyst egg has a really smooth, cool surface that makes insertion way easier than the silicone trainer I used before. Been doing my kegels with it for a couple weeks and I can already feel the difference.

The polished amethyst surface is surprisingly comfortable once you get the hang of insertion, and I've noticed my kegel exercises feel way more targeted since I started using it daily. It's become a calming part of my evening routine, not just a workout tool.
