The large size sits heavier than my old one, which I actually prefer during longer sits. Smoky quartz has this grounding weight to it, and pairing it with breathwork has noticeably helped me let go of tension I was holding onto.

I've been using this during my morning meditation and the weight of the stone feels really grounding. It's cold at first but warms up quickly, and I swear I feel lighter afterward.

I was skeptical about the whole womb meditation thing, but this egg's weight and cool, grounding energy really helped me focus during my practice. It's been a few weeks and I genuinely feel like it's helping me release some old emotional baggage.
