I wasn't sure about the whole "shields negative vibrations" idea, but wearing this ring during stressful workdays actually helps me catch those harsh thoughts about myself before they spiral. The weight on my finger has become a small anchor.
The obsidian has a cool, weighty feel that I notice every time I put it on, and it's become my little reset button when my head gets loud. I've only had it a week but I keep reaching for it before hard conversations.
I wore this to a family dinner I was dreading and kept catching myself touching the smooth obsidian band whenever my jaw started to tighten. By dessert I'd actually stopped replaying every old argument in my head, which never happens. The stone feels cool at first and warms up fast.
